Sole PM of Atoka, a €20M ARR sales intelligence platform
Users drifted off during scripted demo calls. I suggested opening with “what are you looking for, and why did you buy Atoka?” and then showing exactly that. With a redesign that made every page work the same way, churn dropped by 33%.
Every customer had their own mix of features switched on and off. Those custom plans had become a maze for every developer and every support ticket. I designed standard plans with the sales team and moved every client onto them. When sales pushed back, I gave them a deadline instead of an order, so they could use the switch to renegotiate renewals.
Shareholders orchestration is tought and can lead projects to a dead end. I listened to everyone’s voice, collected needs and whishes, and set the plan to go live in three months.
